Why GoFlow

Built around what
usually goes wrong.

Three things cost a Nigerian sender money on almost every delivery. Each one has a specific answer here, and the rest of this page is what those answers look like.

No updates after pickup

Your customer is calling. You call the rider. The rider does not answer. You have nothing to tell anyone.

Delivery dates that mean nothing

"2 to 5 business days" is not a promise. Customers who do not know when to expect their package do not order again.

Manual entry on every order

Copy-pasting addresses into WhatsApp, re-entering orders by hand, chasing riders for updates. It breaks down the moment volume picks up.

GoFlow fixes all three
The Solution

Track every order.
Automate the updates.

GoFlow is not just a booking form. It gives you visibility into every shipment from the moment it leaves your hands.

📍
Live order tracking

Every order gets a unique GoFlow code. You and your customer can check status at any point, from pickup to delivery.

💬
Automatic WhatsApp updates

Your customer gets a WhatsApp message when the order is confirmed, when it ships and when it arrives. No manual follow-up needed.

🔗
WooCommerce and Shopify sync

New orders from your store appear in GoFlow automatically. No copy-pasting, no re-entry, no missed shipments.

📦
Bulk orders via CSV

Upload a spreadsheet and we process every row as a separate shipment, each with its own tracking code.
